What You'll Do


As Restaurant General Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day success while creating an environment where both guests and team members want to be.

You will:

  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the restaurant team
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain great employees
  • Drive exceptional guest service and operational standards
  • Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and profitability
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Review operating results and develop action plans to improve performance
  • Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork and results

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and control costs
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory, labor, and restaurant financials
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
