Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle laundry materials safely
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Plusses:

• Previous laundry, hospitality, or industrial equipment experience
• Experience working with commercial laundry machines
• Cash handling or front desk/customer-facing experience
• Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience

Day-to-Day:

• Operate and monitor laundry equipment
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry items
• Assist customers at the front counter as needed
• Process payments and answer customer inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance issues
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Support general operations to ensure efficient workflow
