JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Laundry Room Attendant for a full-service laundry services client. This candidate will play a role in supporting daily laundry operations by operating laundry equipment, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet throughout the day, and possesses basic computer skills for customer transactions and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment, works well independently and as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle laundry materials safely
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
