Business Operations Senior Analyst

Responsibilities You will support service delivery or product teams in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet business and client goals. When required, you will develop and execute demand‑management processes, provide training on project management requirements and methods, facilitate governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions. Qualifications 4‑year degree or no degree with 4 years of relevant work experience. 2+ years of experience in project administration/support or operations administration/support. 2+ years of experience with resource tracking, status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, time reporting, deliverable tracking, procurement, finance reporting, expense reporting, issue and risk tracking, change control management, accounts receivable/payable, and service management reporting. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Bonus Qualifications Experience with MS Project, MS Project Server/Project Web Access (PWA), or other work‑planning applications. Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools/reporting applications. Experience with Power BI; highly preferred. Proficient to advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to contribute to a high‑performing, motivated workgroup through interpersonal and collaborative skills. Creative and analytical problem‑solving abilities. Ability to direct own work and that of others; leads or manages small to medium work effort or team. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong problem‑solving skills. Eligibility Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain federal security clearance. Compensation Pay range: $65,000—$73,000 USD for the following states and regions: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland.
