Med-Surg Registered Nurse | Days/Nights | Sign-On Bonus up to $30K

Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity medical-surgical unit. This role offers exposure to a diverse patient population, including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurological cases, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth. Schedule Full-time Day and Night shifts available Rotating weekends required Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical standards Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery Maintain accurate and timely documentation Unit Details Department: Med/Surg (Neuro, Ortho, Nephrology specialties) Beds per unit: 49 Nurse-to-patient ratio: 6:1 Patient acuity: Higher-than-average Med/Surg (stable trauma patients, minimal drips) Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Acute Care RN experience ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program Active RN license or compact license Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $30 – $41/hour (based on experience) Shift Differentials: +$4/hour for nights +$4/hour for weekends Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 (Nights – 2-year commitment) $10,000 (Days – 2-year commitment) Relocation assistance: Case-by-case Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO) Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
