Provider Credentialing Specialist (On-site) — Morristown, NJ

A-Line Staffing is hiring a  Provider Credentialing Specialist to support a busy medical staff office environment. This is an  on-site role in  Morristown, NJ .

Pay

• $32.00 per hour

What you’ll do

• Enforce  regulatory compliance and support  quality assurance related to credentialing
• Prepare and maintain reports on credentialing activities (accreditation, privileges, etc.)
• Process  initial credentialing and  reappointments (approx. 125–200 quarterly )
• Collect, verify, and organize provider documentation and verification data
• Maintain accurate provider information in credentialing databases (ex:  Echo / Credentialing systems)
• Prepare materials for  Credentials Committee ,  MEC , and  Board of Trustees meetings
• Track provider  license and certification expirations
• Support medical staff office processes including scheduling and (as needed) minutes for meetings
• Maintain confidentiality of provider information and complete other assigned duties

Schedule / Hours

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 37.5 hours/week
• On-site position

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of the  credentialing process
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to research and analyze information
• Ability to work independently and build effective working relationships
• Strong computer skills
