In addition to dogs and cats, we also see a wide variety of species including: Small mammals Pet birds Reptiles Poultry Wildlife Previous exotic animal experience is not required. We are happy to mentor veterinarians who are interested in learning to work with these species. An interest in practicing beyond traditional dog and cat medicine is strongly encouraged. We are seeking a veterinarian who: DVM licensed (or eligible) in Vermont Enjoys building relationships with clients and coworkers Communicates clearly and compassionately Values teamwork and collaboration Has an interest in surgery (surgical experience is a plus) Has an interest in a variety of species Wants to continue learning and growing professionally Is excited about practicing diverse and interesting medicine Experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply, but we also welcome recent graduates who are serious about developing their skills in a supportive mentoring environment.
