American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuro Trauma ICU position requiring 1 year of recent ICU experience and NIH Stroke Certification.

Job Details

• Neuro Trauma ICU unit within a hospital setting,
• Night shift schedule (7P-7A),

Job Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license,
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted),
• NIH Stroke Certification required,
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Neuro ICU or related critical care specialty,
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted),
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri candidates),

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to neurologically complex and trauma ICU patients,
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered,
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
