Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN with critical care experience for a 36-hour D/N rotation position requiring recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience.

Job Details

• 18-bed ICU treating surgical, trauma, neuro, plastics, multiple organ failure, and sepsis patients,
• Day/Night rotation schedule at 36 hours per week,
• Requires advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ICP monitoring (SICU/NCCU),
• Cares for ventilated patients requiring pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications,
• Assists with line insertion and maintenance, including lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients,
• Manages ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVDs (SICU/NCCU/PICU),
• Utilizes PA lines and performs waveform interpretation (CVCC),

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (NH or Compact) required,
• BLS certification required,
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required,
• Critical care ICU experience required,

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be considered for this position
