Position Overview

Seeking experienced Travel Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Flex Pool night-shift assignment. The RN will float between medical and surgical units while providing safe, comprehensive care to patients with varying acuity levels.

Responsibilities
Provide nursing care across medical and surgical units.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer medications and treatments safely.
Manage patients in Med/Surg and Step Down settings.
Provide care involving wound vacs and chest tubes.
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Adapt to floating between multiple units and patient populations.
Requirements
3–10 years of RN experience
Recent Med/Surg and/or Step Down experience
Active Hawaii RN License by start date
BLS and ACLS required
PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and Procedural Sedation experience preferred
Comfortable floating between medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units
Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for required employee health appointment on Friday
Additional Information
No guarantee of hours
Holiday coverage may be required
Professional nursing attire/clean scrubs required
Floating is part of the assignment
Patient ratios may vary based on unit and staffing needs
