Job Overview
We're looking for a highly organized Procurement / Purchasing Coordinator to help manage purchasing activities, vendor communications, purchase orders, and administrative operations.
This is a non-technical, no-code remote position with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

What You'll Do

Assist with purchase orders and purchasing requests
Communicate with vendors and suppliers
Track orders, deliveries, and outstanding requests
Maintain accurate purchasing records
Review invoices and purchasing documentation
Help resolve order or vendor issues
Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing needs
Compare vendor information and pricing when requested
Prepare basic reports and documentation
Follow company purchasing policies and procedures
Support the procurement team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Experience in purchasing, procurement, administration, operations, customer service, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and standard business software
Professional communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

No coding or technical experience is required.
