Job Description Job Description We are seeking a bilingual, [English/Spanish], motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Clerk to join our staffing team. We specialize in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, and light industrial staffing, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting talent with the right opportunities. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for general labor and factory roles Manage job postings (Indeed, ATS, etc.) Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Monitor attendance, performance, and assignment updates Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified workers Provide excellent service to both clients and employees Requirements Recruiting or staffing experience preferred (light industrial a plus) Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Proficient with computers, scheduling, and ATS systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm + some Saturdays Why Join Us?
