Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional weekends may be required when staffing demand is high.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist candidates and associates who visit our office
Answer phones and respond to questions
Assist with applications and onboarding paperwork
Help new hires complete I-9s, tax forms, and other required documents
Schedule interviews and orientations
Communicate job opportunities and next steps to candidates
Support our recruiting team with daily office tasks
Keep candidate and employee information organized
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for candidates

Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and dependable
Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
Previous receptionist, customer service, staffing, or office experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish
