Shift Manager Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager Must successfully pass a background check. Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
