Summary: The Marketing Specialist I provides day-to-day support for BakeMark's Marketing Department by coordinating projects, organizing marketing activities, and assisting with communications that support our Sales teams across North America. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative marketing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing activities and projects.
• Coordinate project timelines and schedules.
• Assist with creating and organizing marketing materials.
• Help distribute promotional communications to Sales teams.
• Coordinate meetings, samples, and project requests.
• Support trade shows and company events.
• Maintain marketing files and project documentation.
• Assist with presentations and reports.
• Work closely with multiple departments to keep projects moving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of marketing, administrative, or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
