RN - CCU

Registered Nurse

This is a float pool position within a critical care environment. Candidates should be prepared to float across multiple units, including ICU, MS, MS Tele, and PCU. The patient population includes adults to geriatrics. Required patient ratios vary by unit: 1:2-3 for ICU, 1:4-5 for PCU, and 1:5-6 for MS and MS Tele. Prior experience in charge roles is preferred. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Advanced skills in managing ventilated patients, IV therapy, and neurological assessments are necessary. Travelers are expected to honor holiday commitments as outlined, with expectations to work major holidays. Professional compliance and training completion are mandatory before starting the contract. Candidates should be adaptable and ready to manage dynamic patient care demands across diverse settings.
