Your Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily service department activities, including repair order (RO) flow, shop workflow, and technician productivity. Financial Performance: Drive departmental profitability by managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Effective Labor Rate, Hours Per Repair Order (H/RO), and Fixed Absorption. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians; foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance. Customer Experience: Maintain market-leading CSI scores by ensuring transparent communication and timely service delivery. Process Optimization: Utilize your expertise in Dealertrack to streamline operations and ensure accurate record‑keeping. What You Bring Experience: Minimum 5+ years of successful management experience in a domestic or import automotive dealership service department. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of modern Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and service scheduling software. Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze service data to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities. Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team in a high‑volume environment. Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
