• Pay: $30.00 / hourly

• Bonus Potential: Eligible for $500 quarterly Safe Driver Bonuses + Quarterly Gainshare opportunities.

Are you an adaptable, safety-minded commercial driver looking for steady local work, home daily, with weekends completely off? Airgas is seeking a dependable Local Delivery Driver (CDL B Route Specialist) to join our close-knit team in Roseville, MN.

In this role, you won't be locked into a single repetitive loop. As our Route Specialist, you serve as the versatile backbone of our regional delivery operations. You will support a core cluster of local delivery routes acrossthe Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area, jumping in to support high-demand delivery zones, step in during team absences, and deliver critical medical and industrial gas supplies directly to local hospitals, clinics, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities.

We set our drivers up for success: your first month is spent shadowing experienced team members across each route so you are 100% comfortable before executing solo runs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cylinder Handling :Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases to both external and internal customer locations.

• Record Keeping: Accurately record deliveries and pick-ups on a load manifest, obtaining customer signatures for receipt. Collect empty, rejected, or unsold cylinders and return them to a plant or branch for refilling.

• Safety and Compliance :Adhere to all Airgas safety standards (SAFECOR) and government regulations, including those from DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, and OSHA.

• Warehouse Support: Provide assistance in the warehouse or on the dock as needed.

________________________Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class A or B with HAZMAT (or able to obtain within 90 days from hire date) & Airbrake endorsements

• Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card & endorsements

• No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years

• No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years

• Must be able to work in a drug-free environment

• Be able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment

• Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months.
