Fire Protection Designer

Full-time

SuperHero Fire Protection, LLC

Raleigh, NC

Job Description
Job Description
At Strategic Connections, we don’t just install fire systems — we save lives, protect property, and build futures.
We’re looking for a Fire Protection Designer (Sprinkler) to join our league of heroes. If you're passionate about precision, safety, and working for a company that actually puts its people first, this is where your career takes flight.
What You’ll Do:
Design code-compliant fire alarm or sprinkler systems for commercial, residential, or industrial buildings.
Prepare layouts, calculations, and submittal drawings using CAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless system integration.
Stay on top of industry codes and standards (NFPA, AHJ requirements, etc.).
Review project specs and assist with estimating and material selection.
Collaborate on innovative, life-saving solutions with a team that has your back.
Why This Job is Different:
At Superhero Fire Protection, we know you’re more than a designer — you're a protector of lives and futures. That’s why we offer:
Top-of-industry pay – We believe heroes deserve heroic compensation.
? Life Building benefits – Because waiting to feel secure isn’t how we operate.
? Ongoing career planning – We help you map out your future and grow with us, not away from us.
Employee-first culture – We listen, we support, and we celebrate your wins.
Stability + Fulfillment – We want this to be your last job because you love it here.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in fire protection design (alarm, sprinkler, or both)
Working knowledge of fire protection codes and standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SprinkCAD, HydraCAD, Revit, or similar
Strong communication and coordination skills
NICET certification (a big plus, but not required — we’ll help you get there)
A mission-driven mindset — because we take our responsibility seriously
Ready to Join the Team?
If you're ready to design systems that make a difference — and build a career that’s as solid as our fire protection — we’d love to meet you.
