Salesforce Solution ArchitectThe Salesforce Solution Architect designs scalable, secure, and business-aligned Salesforce solutions. This role translates business needs into clear technical designs across data, automation, security, integrations, and user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and platform standards.Translate requirements into scalable solution designs and technical guidance.Define data models, security, automation, and integration approaches.Recommend when to use declarative tools versus custom development.Support delivery teams with design reviews, documentation, and implementation guidance.Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders.Required SkillsStrong Salesforce platform knowledge: data model, security, automation, and configuration.Experience with Flow and declarative solution design.Good understanding of integrations, APIs, and platform limits.Strong business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Experience with scalable data modeling and solution governance.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect-related certifications.Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce best practices.Equal Opportunities Employer: Hexaware Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
