The Program Product Owner's responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing stream-aligned Feature requests, assigning, scheduling and coordinating releases.What will you do?Collaborate with key stakeholders to define goals and create an execution plan for development projects, focusing on outcomes rather than solutionsParticipate in the analysis phase of the Portfolio Process by working with a cross-functional team including by not limited to architects, security professionals, technical leads, and subject matter experts to create possible solutions for business problemsProvide overall leadership, guidance, and support of stream aligned software product delivery team(s)Lead various Agile activities and ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, feature review, release planning sessions, status meetings, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.Work closely with and ensure regular communication with Portfolio Managers, internal stakeholders, project sponsors, and other technology teams to ensure smooth on-boarding of work.What are we looking for?Five or more years of related work experienceBachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience requiredKnowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Knowledge of software development practices and proceduresExperience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or RallyExperience with the ServiceNow platform, both as a user and as an administratorProfessional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Team Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum MasterWho would excel in this role?Experience with business analysis or project managementITIL certification or formal professional experiencePrevious experience in implementing ServiceNow or additional modules on its platformFamiliarity with continuous delivery and continuous integrationInsurance industry and product knowledgeWe want you to be involved!
