Technical Quality Assurance Inspector I

About the Role The Technical Quality Assurance Inspector I is responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections of manufacturing goods during the manufacturing process, including individual items, sub‑assemblies, and final system assemblies. The inspector interprets manufacturing drawings, diagrams, wire cards, and lists, and approves or rejects in‑process or final assemblies. Additionally, the inspector ensures compliance with quality standards and specifications, documents inspection results, maintains accurate records, communicates findings to relevant stakeholders, and utilizes Microsoft Office suite tools for documentation and reporting. Basic ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and documents. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools. Experience following work instructions and SOPs. Demonstrated ability to correctly use hand tools and equipment. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated progress towards formal training or education. Experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with quality assurance standards and practices. Experience drafting work instructions and SOPs. Compensation Pay Range: $21.20 – $29.15 per hour. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
