The successful candidate will be responsible for journal entries, preparing bank reconciliations, month end, and compiling financial reports ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries while keeping the general ledger accurate and up to dateReview project expenses and make sure costs are properly capitalizedWork closely with project managers, procurement teams, and other departments to gather information and support project accountingTrack and record capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and transfersPerform bank and balance sheet reconciliationsHandle monthly sales and use tax reportingAssist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to project activityHelp support the annual audit by preparing schedules and coordinating with external auditorsPartner with the tax team to provide documentation and support for tax filingsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance3 plus years accounting related experienceProficiency in Windows based software, including Microsoft ExcelAbility to multitask and prioritize work effectivelyDetail oriented and organized in workJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
