Pharmacy Technician - Carmel, IN

Location: Carmel, IN
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2nd shift (12:30pm - 9pm) with possible weekend hours
Initial Schedule: Start on Day shift (8am - 5pm) transitioning to evening shift once pharmacists are established


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing in a mail order and specialty pharmacy setting
• Manage high-volume prescription orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Provide excellent communication and support to pharmacists and customers
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper handling of medications

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience
• Experience in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy environments
• Valid Indiana pharmacy technician license
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
