Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding requirements, and payer policies
• Spend up to 50% of time on-site with healthcare providers assessing education needs and facilitating collaboration
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert for local sales teams and key account managers
• Address access barriers and affordability issues through data analysis and account management
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics, routing, and business planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience in account management or reimbursement
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefits
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity
• Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and payer dynamics across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
