Oncology Account Manager/Sr. Oncology Account Manager - Hematology - Columbus, OH

Genmab seeks an Oncology Account Manager to build relationships with cancer care stakeholders and drive sales of its antibody-based oncology portfolio across a multi-state territory in Ohio and West Virginia. The role combines clinical knowledge, account management, and business development to support appropriate patient treatment and territory revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Position and promote Genmab's oncology product portfolio to drive appropriate patient utilization
- Develop and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed assigned sales goals and productivity requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with oncologists, medical groups, hospitals, and practice staff
- Analyze market data and reimbursement pathways for injectable medications to inform strategy
- Manage territory resources, budget, and activities with focus on high-impact customer engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- 4+ years sales, marketing, or clinical experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or patient care
- 4+ years oncology sales and/or account management for senior-level consideration
- Demonstrated account management and sales competencies with proven track record meeting goals
- Strong business analytics skills to analyze market data and develop territory plans
- Hematology launch experience preferred
- Professional relationship-building and communication abilities across multiple stakeholder types
