Supply Chain Operations Manager

DoRodo is seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain, distribution, inventory, customer service, and operational execution functions. This is a highly visible leadership role that reports directly to ownership and will play a critical role in helping the company scale. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution, develop high-performing teams, and create operational systems that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve service levels, inventory performance, and profitability

• Drive improvements in forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and working capital management
