Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify each patient’s unique mental health needs, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individualized counseling services, utilizing evidence-based approaches and brief therapy models to address various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and stress management.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops that focus on patient engagement and skill development, promoting skills such as emotional regulation and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes other healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care and resource sharing among departments.

Qualifications
