** This is a tipped position. Wages stated are average earnings per hour when tips are added. ** We are looking for servers who provide excellent hospitality, treating our guests with attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude. Build relationships with guests, keeping them happy, comfortable, and informed throughout their time with us. Server Job Requirements: In Atlantic City , the Casino Hotel Alcoholic Beverage (CHAB) certification is required. In Philadelphia , RAMP certification preferred but training provided. 1 year of experience serving in casual dining or above. Be able to sell and upsell, have alcohol knowledge. Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to handle money transactions accurately and responsibly. Be at least 18 years of age. Speak, read and write English well.
