Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Home Health

$65 - $75 per hour

Job Description

Calling all COTAs!We’re seeking passionate and outgoing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to help serve children and young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD), in a Home-Health setting.

Whether you're looking to add a couple kiddos to supplement your current income or trying to generate a full-time caseload, we want you @ Imagine Care! You tell us the days/times you have availability, and your desired coverage area, then we tailor the search to fit your parameters.

Compensation and Bonuses

$65-$75 per hour/visit, based on experience and desired caseload size (this is rate for COTAs; OT rate would be higher)
$1500 bonus once your caseload has reached 10 kiddos!

Application requirements

Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Must be currently licensed (or working on obtaining license) as an OT or COTA in the State of Arizona
One year experience is preferred, but not required

Flexible schedule! We will work around your current schedule, and only match you with kiddos that fit your geographical area and availability.
Ability to grow your caseload to your desired size/level. Tell us when you're ready for more kiddos, and when your caseload is sufficient for your lifestyle; we'll tailor it for you!

The job location shown in this posting is that of our Main Office; all of the work performed in this position will be in a Home-Health Setting, thus, you will be meeting the families and kiddos at their actual residences. We're looking for providers all over the Valley, and can tailor our client search based on your actual location, coverage area and schedule.
