Location: Morgantown, WV
Pay: $17.00/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
Report Time: 7:15 AM
Pay Frequency: Weekly

These full-time general labor jobs offer a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, $17.00 per hour , weekly pay, and the opportunity to learn valuable construction and restoration skills.


Previous construction, demolition, restoration, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required . Candidates with a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

General Laborer Responsibilities

• Assist with restoration, demolition, and construction projects .
• Perform jobsite cleanup and debris removal.
• Load, unload, carry, and organize construction materials.
• Work alongside experienced restoration and construction crews.
• Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools .
• Assist with basic carpentry and construction tasks.
• Move tools, materials, equipment, and supplies around jobsites.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite protocols.
• Assist crew members with additional general labor duties as needed.

General Laborer Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly .
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments .
• Previous construction, demolition, restoration, cleanup, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to safely use or learn to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to learn new construction and restoration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
