Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for ICU patients, including ventilators and titratable drips.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Float to ER and Med-Surg departments as required, participating in team tasks.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the MedHost EMR.
• Maintain patient hygiene and ensure a safe care environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and 2+ years of ICU experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with ER and Med-Surg patients required.
• Proficiency in managing ventilators and titratable drips preferred.
• TNCC certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to float to various departments and adapt to dynamic settings.
