About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Director to take the helm of its Tucson office. The successful candidate will be the top local leader, with a primary focus on recruiting, developing, and coaching financial advisors and representatives. This role is pivotal in driving market growth, leading day-to-day office operations, and building a strong presence in the community. The Managing Director will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting advisor success, as well as playing a key role in expanding the office and the advisor team over the coming years. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial advisory, and hold Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. The role requires a proven track record in leadership, particularly in managing and developing financial advisors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to drive business growth through sales leadership and strategic business development. Building and nurturing relationships within the local community and business network is also a critical aspect of the role. The Managing Director will be expected to lead by example, with a strong commitment to training, leadership, and accountability.
