Data Entry / Customer Service Rep

All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Data Entry / Customer Service Rep for an immediate opening at a transportation and logistics services company in Kent, WA, near Carpinito Brothers and Blue Origin. ThisData Entry / Customer Service Rep role focuses on accurate data entry, administrative support, and supporting daily logistics operations. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

What schedule does this role have? Day shift, 8am - 5pm
What does the Data Entry / Customer Service Rep do? This Data Entry / Customer Service Rep role supports day-to-day operations by entering and updating data, responding to emails, and assisting customers by phone. You may also use internal systems to help track and manage transportation-related information.

Pay for the Data Entry / Customer Service Rep :

• $25 per hour

Job Location:

• Kent, WA, near Carpinito Brothers and Blue Origin, right off Hwy 167
• Bus line accessible: The job site is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest King County Metro stop (Routes 153 & 161)
• Conveniently located near Denny's and other local dining options

Schedule for the Data Entry / Customer Service Rep:

• Monday - Friday
• Day shift: 8am - 5pm

Data Entry / Customer Service Rep Duties :

• Use Microsoft Outlook to respond to emails
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
• Enter and update data accurately in company systems
• Use TMS (Transportation Management System) or similar software to support operations
• Maintain organized digital records

Data Entry / Customer Service Rep Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Outlook
• Basic understanding of TMS (Transportation Management System) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance
