About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters creativity and learning.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to build strong relationships.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and compliance with state regulations and licensing.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and development.
• Organize and participate in community outreach programs and events.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children and families.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare or educational settings.
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
• Passion for fostering a positive and nurturing environment for children.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
