Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist | Gallatin, Tennessee

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide coverage for a maternity leave from August 4 through October 3, 2026, working five days per week. Key Qualifications:

• Active license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• CCC certification or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status
• Pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
• Skilled in therapeutic techniques tailored to children and school settings
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive environments for diverse student populations

Daily Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success
• Provide timely progress updates and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
