Daybreak Foods is seeking a Sanitation Technician to clean and sanitize egg processing equipment after each shift. The role follows a 3-on/4-off weekly rotation and reports to the Processing Supervisor. Responsibilities include disassembling and reassembling equipment, handling sanitation chemicals, maintaining records, and adhering to GMPs.
