Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Medical Secretary to support our two-physician specialist clinic in Pasadena. As a Medical Secretary, you will manage front-desk coordination and daily administrative tasks to keep patients, schedules, and records organized. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

Patient appointment scheduling

Answer phones, greet patients, and manage messages

Assist with prior authorization and insurance verification

Maintain accurate data entry and organized filing (electronic/paper)

Excellent organizational skills

Attention to detail

Familiarity with basic computer programs/ EMR

Previous office experience desired
