Duties & Responsibilities: Spotlight on Culture ? Advise city councils, boards, and commissions during public meetings and ? Mentoring Program closed sessions. ? Professional Development ? Drafting and reviewing ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and policies. ? Child-Friendly Business Award ? Providing counsel on issues related to the Brown Act, Public Records Act, ? Community Engagement Projects conflicts of interest, and other public law matters. ? Handling matters involving public procurement, real property, and economic ? Collaborative Environment development. ? No Jerks Rule Qualifications: Focus on Schools and Community ? Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Partnering with school districts, ?
