Temp - Technologist - Computed Tomography (CT) (Varied) North Adams, MA

This is a CT/X-Ray Tech position primarily requiring CT experience, with X-Ray skills also necessary. The technologist will perform a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment and critical thinking. Responsibilities include applying appropriate skills to facilitate diagnoses, operating and troubleshooting CR, DR, CT, and PACS systems, and maintaining patient care in accordance with departmental and hospital policies. The role may include responsibilities related to supervision or instruction of department personnel and adherence to infection control protocols. Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and Tiger Text format are essential. The technologist will perform primary diagnostic radiology and CT scan tasks, including IV insertion and injections. Proper care of the client, maintaining patient confidentiality, and compliance with OSHA standards is required.

$78.39 per hour
