Employment Specialist
WorkReady Texas
WorkReady Texas in Lewisville is seeking an Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in securing meaningful employment. You will guide a caseload of 12–16 clients through readiness, placement, and retention while coordinating with employers. Daily travel in the Lewisville and Denton areas, hands-on job coaching, and documentation of progress will be core duties. The role offers a performance-based pay structure with a base salary during credentialing and incentives after #J-18808-Ljbffr
