Required Skills 5+ years of extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, particularly in ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, and Automated Testing Framework. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is mandatory. Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize platform functionalities in complex environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into understandable insights. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration experience. Demonstrated leadership in promoting ServiceNow best practices and operational excellence. Nice to Have Skills Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management. HR Service Delivery certification. Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of other ITSM tools and integrations. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or related roles. Prior experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms. Other Requirements Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA, requiring at least 3 days in the office weekly. Work Schedule: W2 employment only. Start Date: ASAP. Travel: None specified. Continuous learning and staying updated with new ServiceNow modules and features.
