Commercial/Residential Flooring Project Manager

Role Description Location: Tucson, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Flooring Systems of Arizona is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Residential/Commercial Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing flooring projects from the initial estimate and scheduling through installation, quality control, customer communication, and final completion. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, construction, flooring, remodeling, or a related field preferred. Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects from start to completion. Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, materials, and construction processes preferred. Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, crews, and priorities simultaneously. Experience coordinating subcontractors, installers, vendors, suppliers, customers, and general contractors. Excellent communication and customer-service skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prepare, review, and manage project estimates, proposals, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and budgets. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve project issues, scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and installation concerns. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) RFMS Measure/Square, BlueBeam Revu Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with office staff, field crews, and leadership. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Ability to maintain accurate project records and provide timely project updates to management and customers. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to travel to residential and commercial job sites as needed.
