Turf Installer

TSC SE/Deluxe Athletics is actively seeking motivated, full-time team members to join our synthetic turf installation crews. The Turf Installer requires travel to various project sites across the Eastern United States, with a primary focus on the Southeast — including Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama. Position Requirements Prior experience preferred but not required in the grading or synthetic turf athletic field installation. Candidates must have a strong work ethic with the desire to learn. Must be able to follow instructions and have availability to travel and stay overnight at jobs. The ability to lead and work with a team. Candidate must be able to adapt to various weather conditions, work long hours and weekends. Must be able to work in outdoor environments, sometimes in extreme weather, work a flexible schedule, have a valid driver’s license and social security card, as well as pass a background check. Willingness to use and operate various pieces of equipment. Carry, lift, and hold 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Punctual, courteous, reliable, communicative, and responsible. Ability to get to and from the meeting location as directed for overnight travel in company provided transportation. Additional Duties and Expectations Follow all company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor or Human Resources. Collaborate with team members to support overall project goals. Participate in cross-functional duties and provide support to colleagues when needed. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred but not required. Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate. Clean criminal background required.
