Clinical Imaging - Cardiology PACS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned projects and time effectively
• Participate in project calls and provide updates
• Perform system testing and document results
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support
• Act as a subject matter expert for Cardiology PACS systems
• Ensure timely resolution of escalations
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementations



Required Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of experience in clinical imaging, specifically in Cardiology PACS
• Experience with systems such as Merge Cardio, Change CPACS, Merge Hemo
• Strong healthcare background
• Familiarity with testing, documentation, and support processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and dedicate full-time focus to the project



Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (any field)
• Experience working in remote and hybrid project environments



Work Environment:
• Primarily remote
• Occasional onsite presence required for go-live events or specific project tasks
• Candidates must be fully dedicated to this role (no moonlighting or part-time engagements)
• Full engagement is required
