Crown auto repair is seeking a knowledgeable Service Advisor with Tekmetric expertise to be the primary contact for customers. You will leverage Tekmetric to schedule, estimate, and manage service requests while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires experience in automotive service processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
