Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturer to identify a Production Planner to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains production schedules using Microsoft Project, building and managing Gantt charts to keep conveyor assembly and other production projects on track.
• Coordinates closely with engineering, production, purchasing, project management, and vendors to ensure materials and resources are available exactly when needed
• Supports resource and production capacity planning, and monitors project milestones to proactively flag scheduling conflicts or delays before they impact a customer deadline
• Coordinates shipment timing to meet customer project deadlines and communicates schedule updates across multiple departments to keep projects moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• Microsoft Project experience
• Strong experience creating and managing Gantt charts
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
• Experienced working with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
