You'll work closely with production teams and material handlers to ensure work orders are processed correctly, materials are available when needed, inventory is reconciled, and potential shortages or discrepancies are addressed before they impact production.This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and making sure the details behind production are accurate.What You'll Be DoingEnter production, labor, and material transactions into the ERP systemProcess and close completed work orders accurately and on timeReview and resolve inventory, material, lot, count, and scrap discrepanciesCreate and process inventory transfers and transfer ordersReconcile line-side inventory after completed production runsCoordinate material staging with production teams and material handlersMonitor for material shortages and communicate potential issues before they impact productionMaintain accurate production and inventory records throughout the shiftCommunicate production misses, shortages, and other issues to supervisors and floor personnelWhat We're Looking ForExperience in manufacturing, production, inventory, warehouse operations, or a similar environment preferredExperience using an ERP or MRP system; Acumatica experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skillsBasic Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to identify discrepancies and follow through until they are resolvedStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working closely with both production teams and leadershipProactive approach to identifying and communicating potential problemsWhy This OpportunityThis is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing organization.
