Public Relations Manager

Are you a strategic PR professional with a passion for beauty, wellness, and culture? A leading Los Angeles-based communications agency is looking for a PR Manager to lead high-impact media, influencer, and brand storytelling programs for an exciting portfolio of beauty and wellness clients. In this role, you will shape integrated PR strategies, cultivate influential media and creator relationships, and bring compelling campaigns, launches, events, and activations to life. You’ll manage multiple client accounts while partnering closely with senior leadership and mentoring junior team members. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day public relations strategy and execution across beauty and wellness accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, media, influencers, talent representatives, and industry partners. Develop creative pitches, press materials, messaging, briefing documents, and client communications. Drive earned media coverage, influencer partnerships, paid programs, seeding initiatives, and event attendance. Manage influencer negotiations, timelines, contracts, invoicing, and campaign deliverables. Support client launches, experiential events, and integrated marketing activations. Oversee reporting, recaps, agendas, and account administration while ensuring deadlines are met. Mentor and help develop junior team members. What You’ll Bring 4–5 years of PR, influencer marketing, or communications experience, ideally within an agency or beauty-focused environment. Established media and influencer relationships with a strong understanding of earned and paid programming. Experience managing influencer campaigns, including talent negotiations and contracts. Excellent writing, presentation, and client-management skills. Deep familiarity with social platforms and emerging trends, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. A highly organized, collaborative, proactive approach and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with Google Workspace and PR/influencer tools such as Muck Rack, Cision, Critical Mention, Traackr, or similar platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Compensation: Approximately $100,000 annually #J-18808-Ljbffr
