About the Role:
Velocity Marketing & Sales Inc is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Management Trainee to join our growing team in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured sales management training program covering all aspects of the business
- Engage with customers directly to drive sales, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service
- Learn and execute proven sales strategies, techniques, and closing methods
- Support senior management in daily operations, team coordination, and performance tracking
- Develop leadership skills by mentoring and motivating fellow team members
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing coaching, workshops, and professional development sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, business, or marketing
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to advance into a leadership role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- No prior sales experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time in Fort Myers, FL
